A blog about my life in miniature, or what it would be if I were 5.5 inches tall

Mini Pic of the Day
Here's today's picture. It's a quarter scale Art Studio/Room in my Villa house. This room is only 2.5" tall by 1.75" wide. One of my favourite rooms to date.
When I saw this display in person, I couldn't believe how tiny and how perfectly done everything was! Again, the photo can't convey the level of detail and precision involved. I'm prone to "oohing" and "ah-ing" (maybe a little too much for some), but every room in the house was remarkable. I like how you think about things like the newspaper on the floor, to catch the paint the "artist" might drop. Every room is like visiting a real room, except it's more magical - you never know what you might find on a dresser or on a wall. You said you weren't overly happy with the outside of your house, but I thought you made it look realistic, because house exteriors are seldom perfect in texture and colour, unless they have just been done. I think that attention to detail is what makes your creations so convincing : )
